Agiliti Hosting Center Acquired by VeriCenter (updated 3/2/2005)

As you may have already heard, the Agiliti data center has been acquired by a national hosting company called Vericenter. You can access the full announcement here. From our perspective, this acquistion will have no impact on Manage.net or our customers as the new company is squarely in the business of continuing and improving the excellent hosting facilities we currently enjoy. The deep operational experience and national facilities that Vericenter brings to the table will actually give us addtional resources as we grow our own platforms and services. Many of the local operations staff from Agiliti will be moving forward with the new company, so we look forward to continuing the good working relationships we have had in the past.

The Agiliti team has much to be proud of, and over the years has established their data center and hosting business as one of the Twin Cities', and indeed the nation's, finest. Please join me in congratulating Tom Kieffer and the Agiliti team on this milestone, with best wishes for the future!
